Terms of Service & User Agreement

This Agreement and Release of Liability is made between Boost Fitness, LLC and you, the user. By using Boost, you agree to these terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities, programs, and services offered by Boost, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in these activities, programs, and services
  • Such participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death
  • You knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown
  • You assume full responsibility for your participation

2. Waiver and Release

You hereby waive, release, and discharge Boost from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action related to your participation in any activities, programs, or services provided by Boost.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Boost is not a licensed medical care provider.

  • App content is provided for informational purposes only
  • Content is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Seek advice from your physician before starting any new exercise or dietary program
  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain or discomfort

4. Fitness to Participate

  • You certify that you are 18 years of age or older
  • You declare yourself to be physically sound
  • You are not suffering from any condition that would prevent participation
  • You acknowledge that Boost recommends yearly physical examinations

5. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

6. No Guarantees

The purchase and/or participation in any program, training, or products offered by Boost does not guarantee any specific results. You agree not to hold Boost liable for any lack of results or any outcomes related to your use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boost shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App, even if Boost has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

All content and materials available on the Boost App are the property of Boost or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. App Store Terms

This Agreement is concluded between you and Boost, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Boost is solely responsible for the App and its content, maintenance, support, warranties, and any product claims.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Boost reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
