This Privacy Policy describes how CardMena Wallet collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our digital pass management application.

• Crash reports to fix technical issues

• Provide app functionality and features
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Ensure app security and prevent misuse

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• Pass data is stored locally on your device
• Data transmission is encrypted
• We use industry-standard security practices
• No sensitive personal information is collected

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law
• To protect our rights and safety
• With your explicit consent
• Anonymized analytics data with service providers

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored data
• Delete your data and account
• Export your pass data
• Opt out of analytics collection

6. Data Retention

We only keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Digital pass data is stored locally on your device and is retained for as long as you keep it in the app. Deleting a pass, or uninstalling the app, removes that data from your device immediately and permanently.
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days and then permanently deleted.
• Anonymized usage analytics are retained for up to 14 months, after which they are permanently deleted or kept only in aggregated form that cannot identify you.
• Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after your request is resolved, then permanently deleted.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it from our active systems within 30 days and from our backups within 90 days, unless we are required to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation. Once a retention period ends, the data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
