This Privacy Policy describes how Darsi Teacher ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. It applies to the Darsi Teacher mobile app and any related services we provide. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account details such as your name, email address, and phone number
• Your password, which is stored only in encrypted form
• Profile information you choose to add, such as a photo or preferences
• Content, entries, and records you create or submit while using the App
• Messages you send us through support forms or email

• Device type, model, and operating system version
• App version and configuration
• IP address and approximate (city-level) location derived from it
• Usage data, such as which features you open and how long you use them
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs

1.3 Information You Can Choose to Share

Some features request additional permissions. These are optional, we ask before accessing them, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings:

• Precise location, if you use location-based features
• Camera and photo library, if you upload images
• Notifications, if you opt in to receive reminders and updates

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what the App's features require, and we never collect it without your knowledge.

3.1 Service Providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only on our instructions:

• Cloud hosting and database providers, for storing your data
• Authentication providers, for secure sign-in
• Crash reporting and analytics providers, for stability and usage insights
• Email and push notification providers, for sending messages you have requested
• Payment processors, where the App offers paid features

3.2 Legal Reasons

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

• Comply with a law, regulation, court order, or valid legal request
• Enforce our terms of service or investigate potential violations
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us
• Detect or prevent fraud or a security threat

3.3 Business Transfers

3.4 With Your Consent

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for:

• Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Content and activity you create in the app is retained while your account is active, so it remains available to you.
• Payment and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
• Technical and diagnostic data, including crash reports and device logs, is retained for up to 12 months.
• Usage analytics are retained for up to 14 months, after which they are deleted or kept only in aggregated form that cannot identify you.
• Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after your request is resolved.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below. When you delete your account, or if your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months, we delete your personal information from our active systems within 30 days and from our backups within 90 days. We retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep; everything else is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized once its retention period ends.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct: Update or fix inaccurate information, from within the App or by contacting us.
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Export: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdraw consent: Turn off location access, notifications, or any other optional data collection at any time in your device settings.
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You will still receive essential service messages.
• Object or restrict: Object to or ask us to limit certain processing of your information.

You can delete your account and data directly from the account deletion page, or email us at info@darsijo.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days and never charge a fee for exercising these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@darsijo.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites or services. Those parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing it with your information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. When we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes we will give you additional notice, in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
