Welcome to PSUT Connect. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PSUT Connect mobile application ("App"), operated by Princess Sumaya University for Technology ("PSUT", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is available to:

• Current students enrolled at Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
• Alumni who have graduated from PSUT.

You must use valid PSUT-issued credentials (Student ID) to register and access the App. Unauthorized use of another person's credentials is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You are required to verify your identity through your Student ID and a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS or email, or through a password you create.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Digital Student ID

• The App provides a digital version of your PSUT student ID, which may be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• The digital ID is for identification purposes only and is subject to the same policies governing physical PSUT identification cards.
• Misuse, duplication, or sharing of the digital ID is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

4. Offers and Discounts

• The App provides access to exclusive offers and discounts from third-party partners ("Partners").
• Offers are subject to availability, partner terms, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• PSUT acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of goods or services provided by Partners.
• Claimed offers are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
• Misuse of the offers system, including but not limited to fraudulent claims, may result in account suspension.

5. Events and Clubs

• The App allows you to browse and register for university events and view student clubs.
• Event registration does not guarantee admission; availability may be limited.
• Club membership requests are subject to approval by the respective club and university administration.

6. News and Announcements

• The App displays university news and announcements for informational purposes.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Parking Permits

• You may request temporary or permanent parking permits through the App.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
• All parking permit requests are subject to PSUT parking policies and regulations.
• You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.

8. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content, including profile photos.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
• Share your account or digital ID with others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App.

9. Profile Information

• You may be required to provide personal information during registration and profile setup, including your name, photo, contact details, and employment information (for alumni).
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You may update your profile at any time through the App.
• Inaccurate information may be reported to PSUT at psut.alumni@psut.edu.jo.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials within the App are the property of PSUT or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

• The App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and partner offer platforms.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
• PSUT is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.

12. Availability and Modifications

• We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• PSUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• PSUT shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• PSUT's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the App.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSUT, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
